Sex Muscle Exercises

PC Muscle exercises:

Step 3: Do the PC muscle contractions in sets and vary the type of contraction. EG) Tighten and hold for a count of 5 seconds and then release to the count of 5. Repeat 10 times. Remember this is small muscle so it may fatigue quickly. Option B: Do flutter contractions tighten and release every second for a 15 second span. Repeat 2 times.
Option B:
